A farmer describes the problem. An agent builds the right kit. Anyone can fund it.
Smallholders lose seasons to the wrong inputs bought on credit. KhetKit's agent turns a plain-language need (English, Hindi or Marathi) into a small, budgeted kit from a vetted catalogue, with a safety floor that never sells or doses chemical pesticides. Supporters fund the kit through PayPal, in full or in part, and the agent routes the money to local suppliers.

How it works
- Need → kit. A large language model (gpt-oss-120b on Groq, with Qwen and Gemini as fallbacks) reads the need and picks 2–7 items, only from a 25-item vetted catalogue, sized to the area and budget, with a one-line reason each.
- Safety floor, in code, after the model. Unknown items are dropped, quantities capped, the budget enforced. A poisoning or self-harm message gets emergency numbers and no kit. A pesticide name or a dose question adds an expert visit; KhetKit never sells or doses chemical pesticides. Anything sprayed adds a safety kit. Use the ⚠ Pesticide dose or 🚨 Self-harm example buttons above to see it fire.
- Funding through PayPal. PayPal Checkout with an itemised order (each kit line is a PayPal item). Supporters can fund part of a kit; the progress bar and "partially funded" note update after each payment, and the kit stays open until it is fully funded.
- Fulfilment. Once funded, the agent groups lines by supplier type (KVK, licensed seed dealer, FPO shop) and prepares the supplier payouts, released on delivery confirmation.
